In January 2012 Comenius signed a “Project Management Contract” with the Kazakhstan based investment company SpecTransStroy for total project guidance of a new hotel development in city of Aktobe. Comenius will be responsible for design, overlooking construction, hotel concept, staff recruitment, staff training, procurement, pre-opening and grand opening of White Hill Hotel. Opening is foreseen during spring/summer 2014 and the hotel will include 120 rooms/suites (from 32 till 150 m2), 30 offices for rent, small shopping area, 2000 m2 wellness with swimming pool, conference/meeting space, underground garage, restaurants and Churchill Club. The interior design will be made by the famous designer Sip Hofstede from the Netherlands.
