Azores report

The 2011 edition of the INTA Summer Course was organized in partnership with OTA (Observatory of Tourism of the Azores) and was a practical course to sharpen skills in tourism development issues. It included lectures, workshops and visits to innovative tourism projects in the Azores. The course included workshops for participants - 5-10 September - , as well as meetings between experts and local stakeholders which occurred in Pico, Terceira and S. Miguel - 3-10 September which led to a final presentation with some recommendations from the international experts.
